Mike is a professional trainer with 25 years experience in retail and corporate Banking. His experience in designing and delivering a comprehensive range of Training and Development events for the Wealth Management division at Barclays has also lead to a successful career as an independent trainer and consultant on business improvement. He has specialized in sales and sales management training and has a thorough knowledge of the Regulated environment.

Mike is an accredited DISC consultant using their profiling tools to enhance communication between individuals and teams.

Since joining the consultancy team at Creo Performance Limited Mike has helped to design and deliver a Mortgage Competency framework for Mortgage Observers at Handelsbanken Bank, worked on a number of sales training programmers for Citibank and recently acted as a facilitator for Best Year Yet team programmes.

Among his other projects he has delivered training events for Lloyds TSB, CIS, Santander/Abbey, Barclays Bank and the FSA on ARROW2.
