Simon has been involved in training and development for 13 years in capacities such as managing, designing, delivering and consultancy and in a wide variety of sectors. His background was in the financial services industry, gaining experience in a variety of management roles for a large blue chip financial services company. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

In his role as a training and development consultant with dtimes3 Limited Simon has worked with a number of high profile companies, such as Barclays, HBOS, RBS, Citroen, Vodafone, BAE Systems, Learning Skills Council, Police Mutual and Alfred McAlpine Business Services. He has even had the benefit of working with members of the Faculty for Executive Development from Harvard Business School.

Simon is innovative and resourceful with a proven track record of turning objectives into measurable results. He has an engaging style and builds a strong sense of connectivity with audiences. He favours a participative and consultative training style, which will give the delegates the opportunity to develop through exercises, discussions and other activities.
