Kevin is an enthusiastic, results focused hard working individual.

In a 32-year career with Barclays, his leadership and inter-personal skills delivered tangible benefits over a sustained period in senior corporate and operations management roles.  In particular his ability to take a strategic perspective, combined with a strong intellectual capacity was put to effective use in a range of roles across a broad spectrum of disciplines involving the leadership of people and the management of sales and change.

Kevin has passionate interest in higher education and professional development, reflected in his long-standing responsibilities with the Institute of Financial Services (ifs) and his own personal development.

In deciding to make a career change in October 2011 he can now focus on new challenges within the educational and training fields, specifically on further and higher education and tutoring.  Recently he completed a Post-graduate Certificate in Higher Education in order to undertake various roles in HE and FE at Levels 3-5.

Kevin has very recently joined the growing network of associate specialists at Creo Performance providing training and education services to a range of companies.

Married for 27 years and with two grown up children, downtime includes travelling, an appreciation of good wine and a passion for National Hunt racing.
