Leigh Mackey, Inspire’s MD, approached Keith Goodchild from Creo Performance to assist him in creating a consistent sales process for his growing business. Since launching his business Leigh has recruited talented individuals to provide consultancy and expertise in commercial insurance advice and service.

The core of the Inspire Insurance ethos is to provide a quality service and competitive advantage for its customers. In addition, a consistent methodology and service proposition that will stand out from the competition.

In order to achieve these objectives Keith Goodchild devised a Consultative Sales Skills event for all customer facing staff during which the team of advisers were able to revisit their existing skills and acquire new techniques in order to deliver improved sales performance and grow the customer experience.
